We are delighted to welcome you to Newton Grange. Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. We hope you’ll enjoy it.

Over the past 10 years of restoration, we’ve enjoyed making Newton Grange Farm in to the special place it is today.  Our working sheep farm continues, and our business has diversified to provide high quality guest accommodation and a venue for weddings, private parties and outdoor events.  We find the events so much fun, through the dynamism they bring to our every day life on the farm.

We are passionate about rural life, recognising the importance of farming to the local community and our close ties to food production.  We understand that Newton Grange may have been linked in medieval times to Sawley Abbey, and the surrounding farmland used for food production for the Abbey back then.  As we strive to continue food production today, and to maintain a balance between continuity and change, we hope that you’ll enjoy visiting Newton Grange for all that it offers.  We’re sure you’ll enjoy exploring from the doorstep or further afield, and see that our location just outside Skipton provides an excellent base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and the Market Towns of North Yorkshire.
