This summer we'll mostly be thinking about sheep! All across the Yorkshire Dales, sheep are grazing in the valleys and on the hills, a living landscape.
As well as real life sheep, this summer a number of other sheep have arrived. We call them Lost Sheep. And most likely you'll see them in Yellow Jerseys, smiling at visitors from across the country and overseas - eager to find and discover more of the Dales and its wonderful collection of sheep.
With thanks to the Dales Tourism Network and its members, there are more than 250 Lost Sheep in Yellow Jerseys hidden in and around the Yorkshire Dales, Skipton, Ripon, Knaresborough and Harrogate.
Spot 3 different sheep, report your sightings on www.dalesdiscoveries.com and you could win a prize - there are over 100 great prizes to be won.
Enter any time between 5th July - 5th September, and have fun spotting sheep and discovering the Dales this summer. The more sheep you find, the more chances you have to win some of the fabulous prizes on offer.
