We thoroughly enjoyed opening the doors of Newton Grange at our recent Weddings Open Weekend and the chance to meet lots of brides and grooms, their families and friends.
We extend a very big thank you to our team of local wedding suppliers, who did a brilliant job of showcasing their work over the weekend.
We'd love to tell you a little bit more about the weekend through the photographs below, kindly provided by award winning photographer Jon Brook from Bentham Imaging.
The marquee was kindly provided by Churchill Marquees and showed off different styles, from black and white chequer board dance floors to classic wooden dance floors, a starry night sky to a dressed marquee and conservatory windows. It provided a great space for the team to showcase their work.
Poppyfields Florists from Gargrave provided a colourful flower display, neatly situated on top of a milk kit, a bridal bouquet and table decorations.
The display of mouthwatering cakes by the Yorkshire Cake Fairy were a real delight.
Celebration Invitations displayed a collection of beautiful handcrafted work including invitations, table plans, favours, cup cake cases and name settings.
Cover Couture dressed the chairs with stunning chair covers and bows and have colour schemes to match any occasion.
Sweet Treats provided a colourful display of wedding favours and sweet buffets - delicious!
Truly Essential offer a range of pre-bridal beauty treatments, bridal make-up, pamper breaks and hen parties in the Secret Spa at Newton Grange.
On Saturday, we enjoyed music by the Sax Man, Tim Clarke.
On Sunday, Alex Taylor performed songs by Take That and Michael Buble.
And throughout the weekend we enjoyed the background music on the piano, played by Sue Watkiss, and food tastings by Rural Recipes Catering.
Many thanks to everyone for attending the weekend from all the team at Newton Grange, we look forward to welcoming you back soon.
